Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required for all returns.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Food, cosmetics, or perishable products.

  • Customized, special-order, or clearance sale items.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, or store credit.


Replacements & Exchanges

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Exchanges depend on product availability and must meet return eligibility conditions.
